Today, Croatian mainstay Outlook Festival announces the return of their much-loved boat parties with a number of long term partners and newer crews hosting lineups that will set sail over the Adriatic for one last time. Waving goodbye to Fort Punta Christo, today Outlook announce 35 killer boat parties taking place between Wednesday 4th – Sunday 8th September 2019.

Setting sail on Thursday, is staple Hackney dubstep station Subtle FM, who’ll invite a whole host of regulars on their airwaves including Sicaira Sound, Sepia, Khiva, Dread, Kyro and more whilst jungle legend Randall will head up the Transatlantic Boat, bringing drum and bass hero and Critical affiliate Sam Binga, Killa P, Calculon, DJ Lush and more along for the ride.

On an even heavier tip is Vandal Records who will set sail celebrating 15 years of the label with some legendary back to back sets from Nymfo B2B Arkaik, Substance B2B Rizzle and SKS. Elsewhere, Sub:Mission is back for another year on the water hosted by Sgt Pokes with some of the finest sounds in dubstep from Deep Medi’s Commodo, Tempa’s Youngsta who will be joined by Ternion Sound, Slug Wife, Glume + Phossa and more. Repping the North of England once again, Outlook welcome The North Quarter and Space Cadet boats with Lenzman, MC Fox, Red Eyes, legendary DnB producer DRS who’ll be joined by soulful duo Children of Zeus and Chimpo.

Some of the festivals most long-standing crews dock up on Friday with Boom Bap x Tropico, Drum and Bass Arena, Navy Cut, Hot Wuk, Channel One, Gentleman’s Dub Club, Sika Studios, Randall’s MAC II and Dispatch all on hosting duties.

With something for everyone in the day-long boat party programme Outlook welcome killer sets and takeovers with Artificial Intelligence, Killa P, J.Sparrow, Flowdan, Flirta D, Manara, Iration Steppa‘sall heading up the boats. Elsewhere, Sika Studios host an all-star line-up for the heads with Devilman, Mayhem Nodb, Skamma and Kuedon all stepping up.

Metalheadz legend Goldie will host his own voyage on Saturday celebrating 25 years of the label. He will be joined by Grooverider, GQ and more for a sun-soaked history in DnB. Elsewhere Deep Medi are back with the full crew inside, Mala, Commodo, Goth Trad and Kahn and Neek will perform, alongside many up and coming names in the scene.

Staple DnB label Critical are also back on Saturday with label boss Kasra heading up the party and Foreign Concept, Halogenix all in for the ride. Elsewhere pioneering grime DJ Sir Spyro will host his boat Sounds of the Sir with Joker, Capo Lee and more setting sail across the Adriatic. The mighty Mungo’s Hi Fi return along with Eva Lazarus for a dub-fuelled edition on the Adriatic, repping their Scotch Bonnet label.

That’s not all though, Sunday on the island see the final string of voyages depart from the harbour with some forward thinking lineups to match. Producer come DJ of the hour Flava D will host her own boat this year, pushing bassline sounds forward and inviting newcomer LUCY to join her, who has recently been rising through the ranks.

Joining Outlook in their ‘final fort’ celebration is longstanding bass heavy label Swamp81 who have joined Outlook for the past decade. Label boss Loefah will bring Oneman and Lamont along with him and resident MC Chunky will be on mic duties. Wheel and Deal, another decade long label are back for another year with N-Type, Cimm, Lost and more.

With something for everyone spanning a whole range of genres the Outlook boat parties are not one to miss, and the perfect way to wave goodbye to what has been an incredible 10 years for music on the Croatian island.

The closest town, Pula, is easily accessible by taxi to the festival site and has a wealth of accommodation. Outlook also offer camping on site, with the option to stay in boutique camping options.
