hi all of u
i hope this is a new topic, worth a thread?
do you people have mixtapes in shops? in belgium u can find mixtapes of the known national dj's, new ones from time to time, and even british ones (the renegade hardware session tapes always are rare and very wanted). these tapes are in fact illegal, because no copyrights are payed to the authors of the mixed plates.
i found out in holland people don't have the habit of making mixtapes to present themselves, they rather make mixcd's, sometimes, and often in a legal way. in france, hardly any tape to find, same for the south.in germany the nagain mixtape culture rises high.
are there mixtapes of romanian dj's? i would like to hear them, i would like to know what/how people spin. (it's not the same as sets on the internet, of course i will check these too, but mixtapes involve graphix as well, the concept of representing)
if someone knows cool real 'original' mixtapes of the leading romanian dj's, maybe we can change them, i can send belgian mixtapes for a romanian one?
anyway - i wanted to find out about mixtape culture in your country - so tell me everything!!
